The coverage source of truth is docs/core/CATALOG.md. Countries outside these lists are not included in the monthly subscription footprint unless a later active catalogue decision adds them.

Global Unlimited should not be described as every-country roaming, 160+ countries, 190+ countries, or worldwide coverage.
Extended Network Boundary
Countries outside a selected plan footprint are handled through Onyx Extended Network where available.
Extended Network can provide 500MB of temporary connectivity per eligible destination event and can offer temporary destination coverage, or temporary regional coverage in areas where Onyx has no Core Network footprint.
LATAM, MENA outside the configured Global strategic additions, Africa, Caribbean, Cambodia, Laos, and other long-tail countries are not Onyx Mobile subscription regions at launch.
